Ny Geek Girls is a great company! I used them about a year ago for a crashed Mac — they came to my office, worked quickly and charged very fair rates. This service is worth every penny. Roberta is a complete professional. She was mindful of the clock, yet took time to answer my questions and make (helpful) suggestions. Best of all, she saved me a few hundred dollars by being my advocate with Microsoft’s Customer Service so that I did not have to re-purchase some of their of software.
