Comment: NY Geek Girls have untangled my messes more than once. They are always quick to return calls, and prompt for visits.

The range of knowledge and services continues to boggle my decidedly ungeeky mind. I trust them completely, and also trust if something were beyond their scope (so far I haven't found anything), they would be honest enough to say so, and not waste your money pretending to do something they couldn't do.

Their rates are very reasonable, and they are also scrupulously honest about charging only for the time they actually put in.

I would (and will) use them again in a heartbeat. Call on them for anything!

Comment: Ny Geek Girls is a great company! I used them about a year ago for a crashed Mac -- they came to my office, worked quickly and charged very fair rates. We recently had an internet connectivity problem, and again, the service was prompt, efficient and all for a great price. I love to support small local businesses, and Roberta, Jann and NY Geek Girls make that SO easy to do!

Comment: Faced with setting up a new computer system and a long list of possible techies posted on CraigsList, I'm very lucky -- and happy -- I chose Roberta and NY Geek Girls.

Roberta has lots of know-how and did a great job!

She arrived on time, set up my system in an efficient and through manner,added all the bells & whistles I wanted and many she suggested, explained key points, and patiently answered all my questions

On top of all those kudos, she charges a reasonable rate!

I highly recommend her services.
