New York Geek Girls’ flexible fee structures allow you to choose the method of service that best meets your needs. Here are a few of the options we offer:
Monthly Maintenance Plan – For small businesses, we offer a variety of managed service plans to meet your business IT consulting needs. A monthly maintenance plan keeps your computer systems running smoothly. It saves you money because you don’t have to worry about avoidable failures bringing your business to an unexpected halt. We will work with you to determine the level and type of continuity assurance your business needs.
Hourly Billing Plan – For clients who need home computer support (and small businesses who prefer not to be on a monthly plan) we offer a reasonable hourly rate for our time. For on-site work, we pro-rate our time after the first hour. Our clients love the focused and efficient manner in which we work. You’ll be surprised at how much we can accomplish in a short time. Most of our clients find our hourly rate structure more economical and fairer than the “flat rate” services offered by some other computer service providers, which can add up quickly.
Remote Support Option – New York Geek Girls offers an economical remote support option that can often save you money and get your issue resolved quickly. It’s completely secure, and we can only access your computer when you allow us to. Because remote support does not require us to travel, we bill in ten-minute increments with no minimum time for this service.
Free Reminder Service – Sign up for our free reminder services. We’ll let you know when it’s time to check that your backups are valid so you won’t lose precious documents. We’ll also make sure that your anti-virus software is up to date, and that your computer is optimized for maximum speed. Usually we can do maintenance work remotely, which saves you time and money.
