| Sometimes your router needs to be restarted to clear data errors. The first thing to do it to disconnect the power from ("turn off") the router and the modem. You can do this most easily by unplugging the wires connecting the devices to the power strip. | Leave the devices unplugged for about 30 seconds. (You will know the power is off because none of the device's lights will be on.) In nine cases out of ten this will fix the problem. If it doesn't then call us. |
