Like many small businesses in New York, we operate out of a home office. Ours is in the Kensington section of Brooklyn. In many cases, trouble-shooting computer issues is best done in the environment in which the computer is used. This is especially true if there is a networking/internet problem, or a problem using a peripheral, such as a printer. In a case where work can be done more efficiently off-site, such as an operating system reinstallation, or virus removal, we do offer pick-up and drop-off service at your option.
