Roberta was able to diagnose and fix a problem with our computer that had taken me hours on the phone with Earthlink and Time Warner (to no avail) to address. She is efficient, accessible and totally reliable. She has now come to our home three times for a variety of computer related issues and there is no need to look further for computer assistance. This is the place to go!

NY Geek Girls have untangled my messes more than once. They are always quick to return calls, and prompt for visits.
The range of knowledge and services continues to boggle my decidedly ungeeky mind. I trust them completely, and also trust if something were beyond their scope (so far I haven't found anything), they would be honest enough to say so, and not waste your money pretending to do something they couldn't do.

We just had a great experience with NY Geek Girls (Sept 08). Roberta helped us choose the right desktop PC for our needs, transfered all of the data from our old computer, installed an external back up, and answered all of our hundreds of (frequently dumb) questions. She made this potentially traumatic experience (at least to non-geeks like us) smooth and pleasant. And now we have this great zippy machine that is so much fun to use! Thanks Geek Girls!

This service is worth every penny - I thoroughly recommend New York Geek GIrls. Roberta is a complete professional - she took my new computer out of the box, set it up and loaded it, a process that would have completely frustrated me. She was mindful of the clock, yet took time to answer my questions and make (helpful) suggestions. Best of all, she saved me a few hundred dollars – by (1) registering me with a better (and cheaper) security service, and (2) by being my advocate with Microsoft’s Customer Service so that I did not have to re-purchase some of their of software. (I would never have known that was an option!) This experience could not have been better; having watched someone like Roberta work, I might actually have the confidence now to USE some of the features on my new computer.
